Check the compatible models list on the product page against the model number on your appliance's rating plate. If you are not sure, send us your model number and we will confirm the part before you order.

How fast is shipping?
In-stock parts ordered before 2pm AWST on business days are dispatched the same day, with tracked delivery Australia-wide. Delivery times by state are shown on every product page.
What does order in mean?
Parts marked Order in are not on our shelves right now, but you can still buy them online. We order the part from our supplier as soon as you place your order. It usually takes approximately 5 to 15 days to arrive in store, then we ship it to you or notify you that it is ready for collection.
What if the part I need is not listed?
We have access to over 2.4 million parts. Send a parts enquiry with your model number and we will source it for you.
Can I pick up from a store?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect free from Morley, Myaree or Joondalup. Please wait until you receive your ready for collection notification before coming in, so your part is waiting for you at the counter.
